How long?

I've been on for a long time and have posted alot of stuff like..

And i try to make all my stuff look as good as posable. Like if you see one of my pictures i posted I useualy took the time to make it look amazing. Sharpening, enhanceing, shadeing ect. And with the pictures I change the color with? That takes like 10-15 minuets to just make 1!!!! I change the color and make it lighter or darker and witen the teeth and add details and stuff. And STILL I'm in 3ed place.
I'm just getting impatiant because I'm working myself crazy and I only have a hours or so on-line each day.
