I don't think there is sch a thing as new cover and old cover. The original 12DP cover is the one you call new cover. I don't know where you found the other one but it can maybe be fanmade. I never saw it. Where did you take it?

@manu962, it is just a concept cover, first version. There is always first and final version of the cover, for example Fairy Secret and Diamond Castle was first promoted with a little different covers than DVD's ones.
