In my opinion, there's a lot of potential. We didn't see much of the Land of Sweets, we don't really know what happened to the Mouse King and it would be cool to know how Eric managed to get there! And what about the other characters? Are they in some alternate universe or something? Like I said... a lot of potential for storytelling. Also, in about two years, it'll be a decade since it was released so it would be an interesting anniversary idea.
Also, for slightly selfish reasons, I'd like to see more of those characters (particularly a certain soldier).

Island Princess! It would be great to see Ro travel to the kingdom of her family, and she could help them in some way. Perhaps Ariana could seek revenge, or there could be a new villain.

Seriously? Princess and the Pauper is a great movie, but I just don't see how a sequel would work. Nutcracker, Island Princess and Magic of Pegasus could have good sequels because they have some loose ends (heck, they could even have prequels!).

i have to agree with MajorAbbey. While i love princess and the pauper, it pretty much sums it up. Nutcracker has some good potential. So does island princess, but i'm not too excited about seeing another of those. The 12 dancing princesses, since there are 11 other characters who weren't explained, could be a good one. They could show what happened to the other 11 princesses. And YESYESYES i think your idea of doing an anniversary movie would be a GREAT idea for barbie's first movie!!!!:)

It will be nice to see a Nutcracker sequel because the story isn't fully finished yet. What happens to the real Nutcracker? Is he truly transformed into Eric, Aunt Elizabeth's friend's son? How can it be? Is it a dream or a reality for Clara?

I´d love to see a sequel for Mariposa. That´s an open ending, too: Henna said she´ll come back, so what will she do? And what will happen to Mariposa? Will the others be nice to her now? What about her and prince Carlos?

I´d like to see a sequel for Mariposa- or the three musketeers. The two movies have open endings, too.

This one because how wonderful and original the story was. Plus the songs were awesome and are some of my favorite Barbie movie songs. If there is a sequel to this movie I would like to see lots of song in it too and a soundtrack to go with the movie.
