Bisexuality Question

This is a question for bi people like me living in threesome. I need your advice on something. How do you keep both your GF and your BF equally satisfied, both sexually and emotionally?

Okay, first, let me fill you up by telling you a little bit more about me and my complicated relationship. I'm bi, my BF is gay, and my GF is straight. So, now you know. I noticed that sometimes my BF feels like he's been left out, and on some other occasion my GF feels the same way. So, what do you think I should do to make them both satisfied? Sure they know about each other, we all agreed to start living in threesome, so it's not jealousy or anything. I just got this strange feeling that I'm somehow always neglecting that other partner in our relationship. One time it's my BF, the next time it's my GF. Guess what I really wanna ask you is this: What can I do to make them both feel equally important to me? Any ideas?
