Yes, I know a couple of really good teen historical romances. If I were you, I'd check out I, Coriander by Sally Gardner and The Red Necklace: A Story of the French Revolution by the same author. You might also be interested in the recent monster mashup that is also a romance novel, Jane Slayre which mixes the classic Jane Eyre with vampires, zombies and a couple of werewolves. If you're looking for other great books, then I suggest that you check out YABookShelf.com. This site reviews teen novels of a variety of genres, but includes some historical literature as well. They'll probably be reviewing some of other novels in the coming weeks that will also meet your requirements. :)

There is another one by Sally Gardner, it's called 'The Silver Blade'. It's a romance, and is also set during the French Revolution. It's pretty good. :)
