I need books about people with superpowers or Supernatual abilities.

I don't know about fire controling, but Maximum Ride by James Patterson is awesome!

This book called The rise of renegade x by Chelsea Campbell is a pretty great book.

I can recal only one book series where a character can controll fire, but it's a manga. I perfer people of the middle centry or other worlds with magical abilitys such as wizards. So I perfer the Bartimus Trilogy, Squire's Tale, The Magic Thief, The Enchanted Forest Seris, The Magic Circle,Dragons Bait, etc.

i recomend Beautiful Creatures Series to you they have two people that control fire because they are natrals well ones a cacalyst

You could read the Gatekeepers series.(Raven's Gate,Evil Star,Nightrise,Necropolis,and the last book is not out yet.) The main 5 characters have the abilities to
1.move things with their mind and see into the future.
2.one gatekeeper can heal people
3.these two twins can read each others minds and control other peoples
4.the last one can control the weather
BTW i really like these books,theyre good to read.

Hidden talents and its sequels

Lorien Legacies series by Pittacus Lore. It's one of my favorite series, and it also has Pyrokinesis later in the book. The first book, maybe not that great, but just continue reading, it gets much better.
Also, Gone series by Michael Grant. It doesn't have a Pyrokinesis, but it has a person who can shoot laser from his hands. It's quite a chunky book, but you won't regret reading it :D

try the i am number four series

The Summoning is about a necromancer girl. I think she actually has a friend who controls fire. Been a while since I read this one.

No fire in Born At Midnight but the Shadowfalls series is good with the supernatural too.
