Books to Read Question

I just finished reading Maximum Ride and I loved it but now I can't find another good book to read. Any suggestions? :)

I want something that's interesting, funny, romantic. I've read all the Percy Jackson books and the witch and the wizard.

Thank you to all who respond! :)

I have a few suggestions: these r all series

The Hunger Games(I'm sure u know wat it's about)

Maximum Ride(group of kids that r 98% human and 2% bird and they r being chased by scientists that want to use them to help take over the world kinda funny and a little bit of romance and a good book series)

The Celestra series(a girl and boy have the same gift that is reading minds and they fall in love and they r being chased by people cuz people with the same gifts r not supposed to b together so they boy says that the girl should pretend to b with somebody else so the people will leave them alone so she pretends to b with the boys cousin that's in love with her and while they r pretending to b together the girl falls in love with him but can't completely fall in love with him cuz she still loves the first boy and she has to figure out wat to do really really good I loved this series)

The Fallen Star(a piece of a star fell out of the sky and these bad guys r trying to get it and use its energy to destroy the world so these good guys that can transfer it's energy from object to object transfers it and one day a bad guy attacks the good guy while he has the object with the stars energy and the good guy accidentally transfers the energy into this pregnant lady and the energy goes to her baby and they cant get the stars energy out of her so the baby girl is born with the stars energy and when she turned four they took away her emotions cuz every time she shows an emotion some of the star dies so she was like a zombie
cuz she couldn't think or anything and there's this boy that was her best friend when they were little and he has some of the energy in him too and he missed her so much he secretly visited her while she was sleeping and he made it where she got her emotions back and then they met and it felt like every time they were near each other they would feel like their souls were connected with a string and they fall in love but every time their around each other some of the star would die so they have to figure out how to save the world so they can b near each other it's a good series)

Dream Realms( this is kind of just like twilight)

In Dreams(a girl thats about to start college and she has
these dreams about this guy and she thinks it's her dream guy and she has a feeling that he'll be at her college but he's not and she finds another guy and falls in love with him but can't completely fall in love with him cuz she's still in love with the guy in her dreams and shes trying to figure out wat to do)

I hope u like these!!! Let me know wat u think!!!

Michael Vey by Richard Paul Evans. Quite a lot like Maximum Ride.
The Tunnels Series by Brian Williams and Roderick Gorden. I love these!
The Kane Chronicles by Rick Riorden.
Leviathan by Scott Westerfield. Historical fantasy about WWI.

And that's all I can think at the moment.

Well if you haven't read the Hunger Games or Harry Potter yet you must. They are probably the best YA books of all time.

The question is if you want a YA book or more of a preteen book.

If you are 13 or older I would recommend:
Mortal Instruments- It's a story about several teenage shadowhunters who have to save the world from Clary (one of the main characters) father, Valentine. It has vampires, werewolves, warlocks, and fairies in there but trust me when I say it is not a vampire book. It has pretty much as much romance (well maybe a smidge more as the story progresses) as Maxium Ride. The first book is good for the young audience but it gets fairly young adult as the story progresses. I don't think it's that bad, though. No worse than Breaking Dawn or even Fault In Our Stars (that book did have a lot of cursing). I love this book though. It has a lot of action in it and the plot line is great. Google it!

Darkest Powers series is another good one, I remember. I haven't read that book in a long time though so I suggest you look them up.

Some good books that are under the YA category but not really bad are:

The Selection
Divergent (YES!)
Uglies

And I am guessing that you have also read the Heroes of Olympus Series too?
