what should I read next?

I guess it depends on what you like.

I'm going to read both since I own them, but I can't decide

Read Rampant first for 2 reasons. 1) I have no idea what it means so it sounds exciting and 2) it just sounds more exciting, immortal gives everything away!!

Immortal was good. Not the best book ever but still good
