What is L.A Candy by Lauren Conrad all about?

I read this book and I really liked it. If your mature enough the book is for any age over 12. It only involves them getting drunk a few times and cussing a little bit. Also they have sex at the end but it isn't very detailed at all. I know what I just said doesn't sound that good but the rest of it is. I'm reading the second one to the series right now. (:
