Books to Read Question

What is The Vampire's Assistant all about?

I have watched the movie and I want to read the book.

Any differences from the movie?
Is it nice?
For young adults?
Is the book exciting?
Does the character or the book involve/s with romance?

:) THANKS.

The Vampire's Assistant movie is based off of the Cirque du Freak series.

There are loads of differences from the movie. For one thing, it is implied that the books take place in the UK, whereas the movie is set in Everytown, USA. The movie is books 1, 2, and 3 put together. The movie definitely has more funny bits than the books, which at some times are straight-out horror stories.

Several characters are different. For instance, "Corma Limbs" was originally a guy called Cormac. Some of their stories or personlities changed for the movie. Rebecca is not in the books.

Is it nice? I'm not sure I fully understand the question, but yes, I guess the books are nice. I like them alot. They are for young adults. Exciting? Heck, yeah!

There is some romance in book three, but there's not alot. Cirque du Freak is basically the opposite of Twilight.

the vampires assistant is the second book in the cirque du freak series and its really nothing like the movie other than the basic idea. the series is totally exciting with lots of action and fighting, there is some romance in the series but it is more focused on the action and a war between different vampire species.
