You have the sequence of events wrong. When Buffy dies the first time because of the Master and Xander revives her, KENDRA is the next slayer called. After Kendra dies because of Drusilla, FAITH is called. Faith is now the active slayer line so when Buffy dies again and Willow revives her no one is called.

When Buffy died the first time, Kendra was the next Slayer. When Drusilla killed Kendra, Faith became the next Slayer. Who would have been the next Slayer after Faith is unclear, but there were several potential Slayers who could have been chosen. Buffy has since had Willow reprogram the Slayer magic so all potential Slayers are now Slayers.

You got it mixed up, Buffy is drowned by the Master at the end of S1 but revived, this calls Kendra (de vampire slayer, lol) then at the end of S2 Drusilla kills Kendra, calling Faith
