The song "Virgin State of Mind" by Ks Choice. I love this song. The voice and the lyrics go so well together.
"There's a chair in my head on which I use to sit, Took a pencil and I wrote the following on it....."
I couldn't find a Buffy video with the song, but I found the next best thing....Dollhouse. The actual video starts at 31 seconds.
