Cats Question

My cat basically saved me last night...

I was laying on the floor with my laptop and my cat was in front of me, and I saw him staring at something moving, so I looked down and saw this giant scorpion. It was about an inch away from me and the same exact color as the carpet. If my cat wasn't in the room, I never would've seen it. But I'm proud of myself for not completely spazzing out...

Even if the cat hadn’t noticed it, and even if you hadn’t noticed it, and even if it had stung you, you would have been totally fine. The large scorpions aren’t dangerous, the smaller they are, the more harm they can do to you. So this “giant” scorpion was probably harmless.

Eh, maybe, But I have several family members who have been stung by the huge ones. I know they're not poisonous, though.

Yeah, they're all over the place here. But I've always had tons of cats so we don't see them much.

Lol, no... I tried to smash it with a towel and a weight, but that didn't do it, so I had to search through the towel to find it. Definitely not the most exciting thing to do. o_e
