just a random spark begins most every one of my works. very few were influenced by anyone but me.

I come up with my own ideas, no matter what's going on. I've written with music, TV, dead silence... it doesn't matter. The most ideas I get are the way the characters look, sound, and move, cuz they're based on some of my favorite actors.

I usually have music on when I am outlining the piece or trying to get inspiration. But, actually writing the final piece, I need silence so I know I put my best effort in it. I can write a well-written bs paper easily with music or the tv; yet, I know it does not mean anything.
