Death Note Question

Concerning the Death Note DVD Volumes...

Could anyone tell me what bonus features are on which DVD volume? Mainly, I'm just looking for the DVD volume where they have that 'behind the scenes' thing involving David Hurwitz (Mello's voice actor). If someone could just tell me that, that's great. Thank you!

Talking about the anime DVD's. They have these 'behind the scene' things where it shows the actors and actresses and stuff.
