What coloring utensils should I use for my manga drawings?

Ok so when I'm done drawing with pencil I trace over it with pen but other artist use something else better can you give me a better tip besides a pen

After that I use cheep coloring pencils the kind with 24 in them but I want to use ink instead like markers, but we all know makers wont work especially not the school kind, so what do you use to color it so professionaly like what kind of makers or ink to color the skin and hair so amazing, I saw the images that's EXACTLY how I want to color.
