Opinions please?

It's really good!!

But my first set of advice is if you were trying to make an ordinary little girl, maybe make the eyes more alive, like add a pupil cuz it looks more like a doll.

Second:
I dunno if its your style. But maybe make the eyes a little bit smaller and a little less longer because then you'd have more room for the blush on the cheeks.

Third:
Maybe make the cheeks a little less red.


But other than those few details. It's really amazing!!!

Well to be honest it looks more like a doll than hat intended making, unless that's what was what you were making.

First of all, this is a really nice drawing. :)
And secondly, the only advice I could give you (because I'm not sure if this is your style and you actually wanted to draw it like this), is to add more shadows. Especially on the dress, so that you can make it look even more detailed and 'alive'.
