Both have things that make them better than the other.
Example for-Movies are Better Than Books: Alan Rickman's Snape was boss, while the one in the books is not (though there are the awesome times where he can silence a whole class by just walking in)
Example for-Books are Better Than Movies: There is more detail in the books, which is a very big plus, I think.
