Well you said you were going to London soon, so I'm probably too late to answer this, but he says the shop is on Tooting High Street. Tooting is an area in south London, within the London Borough of Wandsworth. To get to the high street, you would need to take the tube to either Collier's Wood or Tooting Broadway on the Northern Line (Black). I've no idea if the shop is real or what it's called, but London is one of the most eccentric cities in the world, so it could well be real! Hope you found/find it :)
