Fanpop Question

Create a club.

I'm sorry, but this freaking new layout is just damn annoying. I almost threw my laptop because of it. I want to create clubs but I just can't find that 'Create A Club' button or that green button anymore. I entered the FAQ page and it didn't help, the buttons weren't in place. Oh, I also tried the www.fanpop.com/addspot link, but no thanks, it doesn't even work. It tells me to sign in and poof! Home page again. Can someone just guide me through this? Thanks.

How come I have NO ACCESS to EDIT my own club?That's so annoying!

If the club has over 10 members, you probably need to edit it via the "suggest a new icon/banner" buttons, which create polls. It's a way of ensuring that you let the other members play a role in choosing the appearance.

Ok, do u mean that for the first time we can't see this button, we need to wait? Cause right now, there is no such button at my layout...

When you go to the homepage you see several buttons saying Televison, Cartoons, Animantion, yadayadayada. Click a random button. Then on your right somewhere not completely at the top and not completely in the middle you will see the Create a club button.

First you will check the search box if the name of your club has the same on other clubs... so if not you go back to the main page again.(Just make sure you're in www.fanpop.com). You will notice that there's a word name create a club on the right side and just click it and there you have it!:)

I'm not sure. Maybe, it only depends when your Internet is slow or fast. When my Internet is slow and sign in to my fanpop, there's no create a club. On 1 day, my Internet is fast and yes, i see the create a club and thats it. Try to make a club in the morning.

I'm not sure. Maybe a month or two? My account was years old before I was really active on it, so I didn't notice the green button appearing for the first time myself.

How long has it been since you joined Fanpop? If it was recently then the button won't appear. A link won't work either.

That normally just takes you to that member's profile, unless the account has been deleted or banned.

It's on the main page, on the top right. I think you need to have been a member here for about a month before it appears.
