where else can i draw (please read)

ok so i'm tired of drawing in the same place but i can't draw anywhere else cause i don't know if i have to pay or not and my dad would get really angry at me if i had to pay and if u guys seen cupid my reindeer i made a mistake i was suppose to make her lighter and i wanted to add fur on her but how can i i need to know more about technology XD
