“Butterfly” can now be downloaded from various music sites, including iTunes, MelOn, Bugs, and Olleh Music.
[Original article from 8/15/12]:
Girls’ Generation’s Jessica and Sunny, f(x)’s Luna and Krystal, and J-Min, all artists under SM Entertainment, will be participating in the OST for SBS’s new Wednesday and Thursday drama, “To The Beautiful You”, a drama based on Japanese manga series, “For You in Full Blossom”. The drama, which will begin airing on August 15th, is a high school romance about the chaotic survival of a girl named Goo Jaehee, played by f(x)’s Sulli, who disguises as a man to meet high jump gold medalist Kang Taejoon, played by SHINee’s Minho, in a boys-only high school.
For the OST, Jessica and Krystal will sing a duet titled “Butterfly”, the love theme song for the male and female protagonists. The song features a sweet melody with a blend of lyrics that shyly convey a childish and pure first love. As it is the first time the two siblings will officially showcase a duet, a hot response is expected.
“Butterfly” will be released on August 15th at noon on various music sites, including MelOn, Genie, and Bugs. The song will also be included in the first episode of “To The Beautiful You”, which airs on the same day of the OST release.
Girls’ Generation’s Sunny and f(x)’s Luna will also contribute to the OST for “To The Beautiful You” with a duet to be released at a later date.

Sooyoung relays her happiness at Taeyeon's solo debut
October 8, 2015 @ 12:33 pm
Girls' Generation continue showing their support for leader Taeyeon's solo debut with Sooyoung posting a sweet message on Instagram on October 8.
She wrote vaguely, "While it is very different from the Kelly Clarkson song I first listened to ten years ago, it is also the same as ever, so I like it. There's an echo because it has been left unused for a long time. How much must she have wanted this all that time? That must be why it's making everyone tear up. Congrats, Taengoo. The Soshi seniors said they would go find her with clubs if she breaks first place for nine weeks in a row," and added a shot of Taeyeon from her first music show performance.
