I think it should be JeSooNa for a couple of reasons.
1. Jessica is good at singing
2. Sooyoung and Yoona are good at dancing
3. Yoona is very pretty
4. Sooyoung is improving her singing and both her and Yoona would benefit from this
5. SooNa is awesome and they are in this
6. YoonSic and SooSic are also awesome

The name of the subunit has to consist of the first syllables of their names, thus Yu or Yul for Yuri and Yoon for Yoona.

THe order of the names have to be from oldest to youngest members (as in Tae-Ti-Seo). Thus, SunYoonRi has to be SunYuYoon, JeSooRi should be JeYuSoo.
