Hyoyeon and Sooyoung mostly, the others I don't think that have real talent to rap but they can if they train more.

Honestly no one can rap. But, I would consider Hyoyeon the closest to a rapper. My ranking is:
Hyoyeon
Tiffany
Sooyoung/Yuri/Yoona
The rest would be tied for me

Although no one in SNSD can rap, Hyoyeon has more potential than the rest of the girls could ever get.

And also,
1. My mom isn't part of Girls' Generation. She doesn't even know who they are.
2. Taeyang is part of Big Bang... and he's a guy.
