Can you tell me what happens in the books (but something short)

I REALLY WANT TO READ THEM. but in my country they didnt translate them all. or tell me where i can read the books online or something else....

well i have read most of the books they are okay. the show is like 100% better. but the books have nothing do with the show the only thing thats the same is the characters and the polet episode was the entire first book. if u like chuck and blair dont read the book cause ill tell u a spoiler.....in like the 10th book i think chuck turns out to be GAY! its terrible lol

also vanessa and blair are roomates instead of B & G that would have been a mistake if they followed the book & made V & B roomies!!

And B loses her virginity to well Nate. That is probably the biggest let down of all times I love the show soooo much more then the books I bet the author is like damn Josh I should have let you write the books.
