Was the ILY scene different than the spoilers???

Remember Chuck says I'm not Chuck Bass without you then Blair says oh that's it. Then he kisses her then says I love you Blair not I love you too. Then she says but can you say it smiling. I still liked this version because it surprised me but I rather him said I love you Blair. I understand the I love too thing because she has waited for the answer & she said it first it's only right he says I love you too. It's just like I don't think she expected it but a part of her hoped he would. Did you see her face when he said it like everything in the past year flashed before her eyes & I thought she would cry but she was way too happy to.
