When did Chuck claim he was J's protecter ?

3X19 Jenny said something about "no more being mine protecter? " And Chuck answer something like "you have grown, you don't need a protecter"
Did Chuck claim he was J's protecter ? Which ep? Which scene? Can you help me ?
And is there any other scene about Chenny's bro-sis relationship ?? They don't get special scene like Cherry. *shame* :((

I think she was referring to when Chuck saved Jenny from Damien at the restaurant where Damien was dealing drugs. And then there's an elevator scene and Jenny complains about being saved.
