I know that in season 2 Blair had the LG Keebo. i have the Keebo 2 in pink :D

nate uses Motorola Droid currently. serena uses Blackberry Storm 2. And blair's using blackberry bold 9000. I'm pretty sure Chuck uses the same model too :) i personally am using blackberry bold 9700 :D in black.

Not too sure about Dan's, Vanessa's and Jenny's though sorry! hope this helps:)
