it's hard to tell. I mean, she's always there telling us what's going on...so it's about her...but at the same time it's not...cause we dont really know anything about her...so maybe not. who knows?

She still appears every once in awhile but the show isn't really meant to revolve around her, it's supposed to be about the main characters of the show..

Gossip Girl, even in the books, has always been just a medium to tell the story of our favorite Upper East Siders. She's not really a character, she hasn't got much of a personality; she's a plot device.

well, she's the plot device, sure, but in the first season, they actually talked about her, but now.. never.

I only hear her once or twice a show. I love her little comments. Where did they go?
