Definitely Serena, selfless and kind, and she has done SO much for Blair! Seriously, I would never want to have Blair as a friend. She only cares about herself. Even if you have just broken up with your boyfriend.

Even though I might not get along with her as well, Blair is a much better friend. At least she wouldn't sleep with your boyfriend. And I have to say that Blair comes of as a much more loyal person than Serena. If you get on her good side that is :P

Blair is my favorite one but Serena has always been there for Blair and she understands her well I don't know how to explain but she's a great friend ! And she's the first one to understand Blair's feelings about chuck ! Anyway SERENA is the best friend ever !

Sophiii: Serena was DRUNK when she made out with Nate. Actually they were BOTH drunk. At least she had an excuse. What´s Blair´s excuse?? The fact that she´s Queen B and doesn´t have time to deal with her best friend´s problems?
Serena does everything she can to make Blair happy (even doing something compeltely out of character, like risking a teacher´s career by taking a picture of her and a student who LOOKED like they were kissing). Now Blair finds out that Dan is cheating on Serena and all she says is "sorry" and immediately moves on to another subject. pff what a great friend, yeah

Rosangie, I don't know if you ment your comment to be negative to anyone but Blair, but I kind a have the feeling that you're disrespecting Sophiii's opinion. That you don't agree with that I understand, but can you say it a little bit... nicer? :)

And I can see why people would want Serena as friend. But I react better to Blair I guess, she's the kind off girl I could have lots of fun with :)

If I had said something like "do you watch the same show as I do?? are you blind or something" -> now that would be disrespecting. I only talked about my point on view (on the characters and things that happened in the show), which happens to be very different from Sophiii´s.

Definetly serena.. such a kind-hearted friend and also very understanding! I wouldn`t really get along with blair most probably... and remember nobody`s perfect, serena did make a mistake and sleep with nate, but she sure as hell did MAKE UP for it! :) she`s awesome anyways!

I'm more like blair so, and also I think she is very loyal to her real friends, I like serena but the thing that she slept with nate was pretty bad, I know they were drunk, but I've been drunk with they guy that my friend liked he wanted something to happen and I was able to say no, but I won't say much about that issue it no longer matters, idk I just think I would like more a friend like blair, mm but now that I think about it my best friend is more like serena, except she don't steal the show and all that lol I think both are good friends

Because I'm more like Blair and because she is actually a very loyal person and even if she messes up, she'll own up to er mistakes.

I don't actually think 'being drunk' is any excuse. For anything. The police don't care if you were drunk when you smashed your car into the supermarket's window, so why would a situation like this be any different?
(And just for the record, I have to make clear that I am not actually speaking for experience, and have NOT driven into a supermarket while under the influence of alcohol XD)

lol you`re right Sophiii, being drunk is never an excuse for anything that happens. I just think that anyone can make a mistake that he/she regrets, you can`t judge a person for one mistake.. at least in my opinion :) Then if that person does it again, I guess he never learned from the first place. Surely I`m not saying that I would tolerate something like that, It`s just my point of view of how I see things.

Even though she is a bitch, she is a really great friend.

Blair is an awesome friend. She's totally loyal and hilarious but if u get on her bad side she can be a total bitch. I'd love to have her in my corner. Not to mention the awesome times we would have shopping. haha. :)

She always sticks up for her friends and is there for them, like when she found out Serena "killed someone".

Because Blair will fight for their friends for their rights. like in season 1 when Georgina was coming. and she cared more about Eric and she didn't want to drop the gay bomb.
