I think it's mostly because Blair's life is kinda falling apart right now with the whole college thing, and she's desperate to get the perfect "plan" of her life back...Nate was definitely part of that original plan, so that's why she wants him. Also, Nate and B are really good friends, and they are comforting to each other right now...which they mistake for love. That's my theory anyway :P posted over a year ago.
