Nothing beats the Limo scene; it's Chair's defining moment and my favorite of the show.

Victor/Victrola of course, but I also liked 1.08 in Blairs birthday party and I liked how Serena was just walking in 1.02 and the music and when she threw her cell in trash it I don't know - it looked cool! :D and when S and Dan saved Jenny from Chuck - also a good one!
And "I killed someone" was one of the best too! And I really liked the scene where S tries to stop B from leaving. And when S and B was having fun with Eleonors clothes - that was...mm funny! :D

but seriously - The winner is The limo scene!
