BLAIR WAS THE ONE THAT INVOLVED CHUCK IN ALL OF IT, Blair put Vanessa and Chuck together in that episode...blame Blair not V!. In 2x12 Nate picked her over Jenny...It was Nate's decision and he decided when he already knew what Vanessa did, and you have to blame Nate and Blair for what happened in 2x20...they started everything!! and besides the revenge thing was Chuck's idea!!
