I think they did in season 1 and early season 2, but in their last run as a couple, from In the Realm of the Basses to Carrnal Knowledge, they didn't. However, since most of the time I did think they had chemistry, I will say yes. However, I don't like them as a couple. I prefer Serenate, and I believe they have more chemistry than Derena.

Nope. Not even in season 1 if you ask me. Chuck and Blair have chemistry. Even Nate and Vanessa have it. But Serena and Dan - no.
And I think the reason is that Rufus is dating Lily, and it sort of killed any chemistry that they ever had. At least I see it that way...
