I think that Nate was her first love and part of her loved the idea of him more than anything else. I think he was safe and kind o expected whereas Chuck is a lot different, and they're relationship is more passionate and exciting.

Blair loved the idea of her prince charming who was going to sweep her off her feet and marry her, more than she actually loved Nate IMO. But with Chuck it's totally different. He understands her probably more than anyone else and they have so much passion together :)

No, you can not even compare the two. She loves Chuck so much more than she ever loved Nate. Blair even says it herself..her love for Nate is a high school love, whereas her love for chuck "consumes" her.

Blair was never really inlove with nate, she was inlove with the idea of being with him. He fits perfectly into the type of person she thought she should be with. With Chuck it is totally different, she didnt want to fall for him but she did. Their relationship is exiing and passionate. Chuck brings out a different side to Blair which Nate does not.
