I think what nate did to her (cheating on her with her best friend) was worse than what chuck did but blair's love for chuck is so much stronger than what she felt for nate that of course what chuck did wrong hurt her more. but i love blair and chuck, i think they are perfect for eachother, they just kept hurting each other because they were afraid of their feelings and that was their way to run from their love

She was hurt more by Chuck because of how much she loves him. When someone you love does or says something hurtful, it will hurt more than if it was someone who you didn't care about as much (*cough* Nate *cough*).
