Okay Serena was right she did make an honest mistake. In fact when she said that Chuck's idea to turn the basement into a bar was a good idea she was actually trying to help him, she wasn't to know that Chuck was lying in order to get the thumbs up for his business deal, that's not her fault. Despite Chuck saying he told Rufus because he cared for Serena I don't really believe him, he wanted her out and that was obvious, Serena got even. After all the times Blair has "gotten even" over the course of the show without as much as a fan backlash I'm surprised why everyone's so cut at Serena.

Penfolius, the reason why we are mad at serena is not because she told those business people, we are mad because she sabotarged his meeting later on, and acted like a 2 year old. Not only am I mad at her for that, but i actually like carter, and she used him. She was just being selfish, and chuck did not deserve that. And it is just me, or when people try to defend a character, they always turn it back to Blair? This is about what Serena did to chuck, dont turn things back to stuff Blair did in high school. And also, people also find her annoying about the whole 'i dont wanna go to Brown anymore' thing, Im sorry im not mad at you Penfolius i just really am not liking this serena.

No need to apologise for voicing your opinion ;), I get why you're angry at Serena, the only reason I turned it back to Blair is because she does the exact same thing the other characters do yet everyone seems to overlook that because she's their favourite character. I wasn't really that impressed when she used Carter but by the end when she apologised to him I got over that.... to be fair to Serena it wasn't really Chuck's place to go behind her back to Rufus, especially after she apologised to Chuck for what she did to him earlier, her getting her own back wasn't really that out of character. I'm not saying she should've handled it that way, but I can see her side a lot more than I see Chuck's, realistically he made the first strike.

Whilst Chuck was a bit tough on her, Serena was just being unbelievebly immature about it.

I can't believe how annoying she has become. Seriously, she complains about her life 24/7. Give me a break.

Also, I can understand where Chuck's coming from.

I Think Serena acted totally immature and selfish. I mean first of all Chuck was really nice and let her stay with him, but the only thing he asked for was for her to leave while he was having that meeting. But she comes in, starts talking, I don't even understand why she started talking to them and inturrupting the meeting, I mean it wasn't her place at all. Just go away.
And then Chuck goes to Rufus, but seriously Rufus had to know, and he was going to eventually. What did Serena think she could just run away forever?.
I understand that she thought Chuck was trying to get back at her, it was a mistake, but still what she did next, purposely going to another one of his meetings, and sabotaging it like that, it was really immature and selfish.
She should have talked to Chuck the first time she did it and try to mend things

Penfolius the only reason people don't hold things agains Blair is because she come right out and says shes a bitch. Serena always plays the inocent even though she seems to cause more trouble then Blair.

I agree with Solsis... And I think that Serena should apologize SOON, It's annoying that everytime she does something wrong, she still manages to come out like a victim. What she did was rude and immature. Just because she doesn't know what the future holds for her, doesn't means she has to go ahead and ruin everyone else's. This was Chuck's business deal, I think that's a little more important than whether he told Rufus or not.

She made an honest mistake! WTF? She did not deserve to be called a train-wreck because of that. I love Chuck, but I hated him when he called her that! And yeah, Blair does that too. Well..come on..it's always the same thing, they'll probably make peace soon :)

Mainly because of the business meeting at the end where she brought Carter. I mean i can forgive her for the first time, because that was an honest mistake. But really the second time was just uncalled for. This isn't just some small payback, Chuck's actual trying to run a business. Stuff like that could ruin his future and she also knows how much he wants to get out of his father's shadow.
Plus Chuck should've gone to Rufus like he did. He didn't know whether or not Serena was ever going to tell her mom. And not going to college is a pretty freakin serious thing to do. So I think he was being genuine when he did that.

I am on Chucks team. I really dont blaim S for letting the buisness people know Chuck wanted to make a club, because she didnt know it was supposed to be a secret, but after when she ruined his meeting i got pissed because she used Carter and Chuck was actually concerned about her.
