I think he's developed the most, maybe because Ed Westwick is such a phenomenal actor, but also I think he's changed into more of a man since Season 1. In my opinion he developed into a character better than what he was in Season 1. (It's just my opinion.)

He used to be a boy, he's a man now. Comitted to Blair and with lots of responsabilities but he still have this hint of bad boy. He's great ! I love him and his couple with blair is just amazing !

It's not even a question. Chuck is a different person completely then he was in season 1. admittedly, I find myself wondering who is this and what did they do to Chuck, but deep down I know it was for the good. I just wish he kept sometimes the same and not go completely 180. not that I don't still love him. I do. he's a man now. more Manly then all the male characters put together.

Jenny's changed also, but not for the better. lol. I mean sure she was like this in season 1, but she was naive. this time, she knows what she's doing and she knows how everything she does has effected somone. seriously, she just doesn't care.

Blair had went completely backwards in some episodes, it's always like she's the same old Blair in season 1. Serena? I hadn't seen a change. I seen change in Nate a little bit, but a part of me thinks his changing has happened to fast. I mean, one minute, he was the same old Nate, and then BAM he's with Serena, and everything better.. not that I'm complaining of course. I like him like this..lol

as for Dan? well I think he's gone backwards too. having a threesome and shit. what the crap? what happened to judgemental Dan? Dan who grow to except some things, and not everything? I mean...I just can't see old Dan liking the idea of a Threesome.
