That's his damn sister! I would be mad pissed if someone like Chuck Bass took my little sister's (who's wayyyy younger) virginity. This is one of the things I can't stand....Chuck does something so fucked up and people still try to justify it. HE IS AN ANNOYING ASSHOLE.

Chuck didnt force her. Yet, he is almost 20 and jenny is just 16. He is supposed to be wiser and know when something is a bad idea. She is not a kid, but she is a minor and chuck should have stopped it. He was hurting, but he could tell that she was too. He should have been the adult, which is something that he cannot ever manage to do. What if Jenny had be 13 or 14. What is too young for Chuck Bass.
