Right now yeah...GG has been slacking a lot for me. If I'm comparing GG s1 to PLL, then no, GG>PLL.

No way! Pretty Little Liars is an entertaining show and I keep on watching it because I want to know who A is and who killed Allison, but it's pretty silly and sometimes chaotic and the cast isn't that great. The characters aren’t so well written either. I don't see any OTP as in GG or any superb character that I'll love as much as B and C or even G and S. I won’t even start witting about fashion or music. GG isn’t that wonderful right now, but I won’t compare it to PLL myself, even talking about S3 of Gossip Girl.

though i like PLL (and i love Lucy Hale) it's not near GG level.. it's also pretty hard to compare the two shows because they are so different.. but the GG cast is better (still though i love Lucy and Holly Marie is she still there? i'm not that long in it xD) and also GG is keeping a break so PLL is waaay moer easy to jugde i would actually say that PLL got the right season lol.. makes no sense..

I find it amazingly entertaining and it's a perfect summer show, but in terms of quality I wouldn't say it's better then GG. If it keeps up at the pace it's going now I'd say it might get to the same level though.

i like PLL but i love GG

I prefer caracters and couples in GG by far but i like the storyline in PLL

Pretty little liars are good. But gossip girl is the best thing in the world. You could watch GG a million times but not get over it, it will never get boring. For a Long time watched PLL but if you compare it to gossip girl PLL sucks.
