Nate dated Blair in season 2 when he knew Chuck loved her... Chuck slept with Vanessa like 2 days after breaking up with Nate... Nate asked Blair to move in just to hurt Chuck...Nate wasn't there THAT MUCH when Chuck's dad died (he was there for like one episode...), Chuck wasn't really there when Nate's dad was a drug dealer and he went poor, he was only there for the beginning and then in the end, never in the middle when Nate was living by himself...Nate wasn't really there for Chuck during the whole mother thing...Chuck kind of gave Nate an 'I told you so' look after finding out Serena cheated on him with Dan, opposed to actually checking if he is okay and Chuck also told Nate about Carter, which is a good thing, but his modervations were to just hurt Nate ... Nate is a kind of crappy friend to Chuck...Chuck tried to break up Nate and Serena for his benefit... It is Serena and Blair all over again, they both do crap things to each other, they deserve each other IMO. Hence why I think the NJBC is kind of crap, because they are all 'friends' yet all hurt each other like crazy. posted over a year ago. last edited over a year ago
