It doesn't matter if Jenny forgave Chuck or not. Rufus is Jenny's father! It's completely understandable for him to be angry with Chuck for almost raping his daughter, even if it was awhile ago.

It was his business but Jenny forgave Chuck for what happenned on season 1 . Then , he can be angry that Chuck slept with his daughter but to sleep with someone , we need to be two ! Jenny was okay to slept with him , she knew what she did so she's not a saint at all (she 's a bich in fact ^^ ) so I'm tired and sick to see that everything is Chuck's fault.

I don't think that everything was Chuck's fault, BUT he was the mature one in that relationship and just like Chuck himself said in the 3rd episode he saw how upset she was and could've helped but he choose to use it/her.
