I'm pretty sure they did't adress that storyline at all in season 4. I think there was one episode when Blair was eating a lot of macaroons and I thought something might happen with her eating disorder, but nothing did...or at least nothing that was shown to the audience

And I heard they are going to revisit it in season 5, which will be interesting, and leighton will be amazing..
But i can't say i saw Blair's bulimia in season 4, when was it??
