I love the couples and If you don't like them drinking alchohol, pretend that it is orange juice or water. It isn't hard. If there is a sex scene, close your eyes or turn off the tv. It's as simple as that:) LOL

It's called a *teen* show for a reason. Most teenagers are probably already familiar with the kind of stuff that goes on in GG.

Well when I was in High school most of the kids went to school with they did pretty much what they do on the show. I don't know about now but there are some high schoolers that drink and have sex I am not sure about the drugs.

They don't show anything out of the ordinary... it's nothing new...

there have been much worse shows out there than this. And as for sexual content, they don't even really show that much...same with drugs and what not, except maybe that one episode concerning Serena's past. Sometimes I think it's good to have this stuff in our face...it provides entertainment and makes us aware of the extremes. ;)

Yeah, It's good to show us the issues out there so we now how to deal with them in the future. There wil be times were we go threw pregnencies, or drugs and people wanting to do things that they should or shouldn't do. It's not called "Too adult," It's called "Life."

There are shows that are a lot more adult orientated than this. People need to get over it. No matter how old the kid is, they probably already know about sex, drugs, and alcohol.

Me and my mom watch it together and she does never complain about the adult-content. If people can't stand it, then why watch the show in the first place? And besides the show airs at an appropriate time.

I think you have to be a certain age to understand the show. But it's not that adult.

its not a big deal at all haha. i mean my mom is a foster parent so we have foster kids here, and one of them was pregnant, they all do drugs and sex andd drinking so its no t like i dont know anything about that haha plus im not a super young. soo yeah!

I think it all comes down to how mature u r. B/c if u cant even hear the word sex without bursting out giggling then yeah, u should stick to Arthur & Barney...but i think age is somewhat of a factor too...

I think they need MORE of it. IMO I think GG got way too kids-like.

I love the show because of it. I do think that some of the storylines like serena and dan going out but sharing a sibling is abit like disgusting and also this story line coming up, chuck letting blair have sex with jack so he can get his hotel back is some crazy shit but i love it anyways!
