^ No, not exactly. She WANTED to tell them but Cece told her NOT to, and she felt bad about it. She was respecting her wishes. Also Cece knew who she really was so there was no lying or cheating. Ivy cared for her in her dying days and loved her.

Cece didn't care about her selfish bitchy family. But lets all blame Ivy, sure. *Eye roll*

Ivy really cared about Cece. She wanted to keep her promise and stay by her til the end, but Serena didn't let her. Cece's family only seemed to care about money. Ivy didn't care as much about money, she just wanted a family.
