Gossip Girl: 0.5/1 0.97 and they lost 200,000 viewers half way through the episode.The lowest rated episode in the show’s history!

The DirectTV issue cannot explain the 200k viewers tuning out in the second half, that the ratings weren’t much better than a rerun of ‘Hart of Dixie’ nor that Bones also contended with the DirectTV issues but still went up ratings wise.

First non-repeat CW show (and therefore any network show) to go below one million viewers.

Do a little research - the ratings have been dropping and dropping ever since S2. It's not because of Dair. lol hell, the ratings continued to drop even when Chair were together, so explain to me how it's all Dair's fault??
