Okay, this is what I really want to happen. HRG breaks out Sylar so that they can hunt the Level 5 Baddies together without The Company's interference. Then, Elle joins them since she got kicked out and wants to show them that she's useful. So the three of them are a super bad-guy-ass-kicking team!

(Also, maybe the speedy blonde girl can join them and that's how she becomes buddies with the bad black guy -can't remember his name- and Claire.)
