For me it was definitley the dressing room scene from Episode 4.09 "52 pick up".

Hotch came into the dressing room to watch for Emily. I really love Hotch caring about the team members, and even more when he came to watch for Emily! :)

She was on the way to undress her shirt, and I'm sure Hotch wanted to see that! :D
Because he stared at her shirt, well you know,for a moment, yesssss, I saw it Hotch!!!*LOL* :D
And than at the End of that scene she was flirting with him, OMG, that was really the "sexiest" moment ever!

I so love the whole episode it was full of sexy, flirty looks between the two.
I really hope for more of that kind of moments! :D

Totally agree with you their aren't that many H/P scenes (unfortunately) but that one is great and def the sexiest.

Oh, the sexiest H/P scene is during the "Eyes Have It", the "What" by Hotch amd the "Nothing" of Emily was to die for, while squirming :)

Yes, in season 5, its definitley that moment of the Eyes Have it.:)
It was really great!! I watched that moment over and over again.:D
