If you truly are a yoona you should compliment and love her for her fun and sweet personality not where she got her looks from. what does she earn for being a "natural beauty"? what makes a "natural beauty" so much better than someone who isnt? I think she has, just because I have seen her pre debut pictures. Her nose looked a little different and so did her chin. Doesn't really matter to me though, she is pretty!!! Actually I saw a video that asked pretty much the same thing, and her fans think that she did have plastic surgery, but it doesn't matter to them! I just don't like it when people see their bias out of SNSD and if their pre debut pictures barely looked the same the fans still deny she had any plastic surgery, even when it is obvious. My bias is Hyoyeon but I am not sure if she got plastic surgery or not, I wouldn't care if she did because she seems a lot more confident :).

Of course Yoona didn't do plastic surgery and I know that she isn't going to do any in the future.
