That was just about the time they moved to the new house. I thought I detected that the wheels were coming off about then. Moving is a very stressful time & those kids didn't make it any easier. Kate was fed up w/his clueless attitude & had no time to drag him thru the process of moving while she tries to tame that wild brood. throw 2 puppies into that mix. That was the last straw.
